O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to conduct proper enquiry and take appropriate action, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 07.08.2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the representation, given by the petitioner, on the point of jurisdiction, it has been forwarded to the Astinpatti Police Station, Madurai, for further enquiry.

3.Since, the enquiry has been transferred to the Astinpatti Police Station, Madurai, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed. So, nothing survives for further consideration and direction in this petition.

4.The petitioner is directed to appear before the Enquiry Officer and co-operate with him to complete the enquiry. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, the petitioner may take further steps.
