The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 17.05.2016 to the first respondent seeking a direction to the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner. Since the same has not yet been considered by the first respondent, the petitioner is before this Court by filing this Writ Petition.

2.Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner and opponent were called for enquiry and as the opponent agreed to remove the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

fence already put up, and the petitioner agreed to take resolution of the dispute through Civil Court. Based upon that statement, the complaint has been closed.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is also a problem from the concerned jurisdictional police officers, asking the petitioner not to use the pathway. But the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the respondent police did not cause any such problem as alleged by the petitioner.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government, this Writ petition is closed. No costs. Connected WMP(MD)No.9565 of 2016 is closed.
