C.R.P.(MD) No.1541 of 2024 M.DHANDAPANI , J.

By order dated 18.10.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in OS No.982 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.3660/2025, dated 04.08.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order dated 18.10.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 18.10.2024.
