O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by R.VIJAYAKUMAR, J.) The Review Application has been preferred by the appellants in WA (MD) No.353/2020 seeking to review the judgment passed by the Coordiante Bench on 25.08.2020.

The respondent in the review application had preferred WP(MD) No.16252/2019 seeking to quash the G.O.Ms.No.194 dated 12.09.2018 and the consequential order in February 2019 and to direct the authorities to take into consideration 50% of the part time services rendered by the petitioner for reckoning the pensionary benefits. This writ petition came to be allowed on 28.11.2019 relying upon the order passed in WP No. 14365/2014 etc. This order was put to challenge by the State in WA(MD) No.353/2020. A coordinate Bench of this Court had dismissed the writ appeal on 25.08.2020 relying upon the order passed in WA No.882/2017 batch cases dated 06.04.2018 and another batch in WA No.517/2020 dated 13.08.2020.

3. A perusal of the grounds of review reveals that the applicants have sought to reargue the writ appeal. That apart, the benefits as sought by the writ petitioner in WP(MD) No.16252/2019 have already been disbursed. In the said circumstances, we do not find any merit in the review application. Accordingly, the Review Application stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
