This Contempt Petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor/respondent for his willful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.4218 of 2022 dated 04.03.2022 and punish him under the Contempt of Court Act.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as per the order of this Court dated 04.03.2022, enquiry was conducted and after completion of investigation, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.725 of 2022.
