Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MAHENDRARAJAN B, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.THANGA ARAVINDH.B, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11658 of 2021 dated 25.08.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is seen that anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner on 25.08.2021. Till today, the petitioner has not to produce any sureties and also failed to surrender before the respondent police.

4.The petitioner has filed the present petition for extension of time after a period of two years. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant extension of time to the petitioner. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
