ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the compliant of the second respondent.

2.According to the petitioner due to money dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent, the second respondent made a complaint to the first respondent police. Based on the compliant, the first respondent police continuously harassed the petitioner and his family members under guise of enquiry.

3. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit as on date there is no compliant or enquiry pending against the petitioner.

5. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
