This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.A7/(U.E.UU)/3082/12, dated 24.08.2014 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consequential impugned proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/9406/2015, dated 08.07.2016 and quash the same as illegal.

2. It is common knowledge that the posts of President, Vice President, etc., are no more in existence and therefore, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition, however, it is open to the authorities concerned to initiate appropriate legal action for misappropriate of public funds, if any.

3. Therefore, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
