This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and his family members on the guise of enquiry except in accordance with law. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on the complaint given by the third respondent, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 19.07.2022. The same is recorded.

3.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
