ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.14 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police station and quash the same as illegal insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would contend that the first respondent police, after elaborate investigation, filed charge sheet and the case is now posted for further proceedings and thereby, this petition is liable to be dismissed. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also admitted the above said facts.

4.Since investigation was completed and charge sheet also filed, this Court need not pass any further orders in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
