while suspending the sentence in Crl.M.P(MD)No.13131/2024, dated 18.12.2024 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.1290/2024.

2. Paragraph No.9 (iii) of the order, dated 18.12.2024 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.13131 of 2024 is modified as follows:

"The petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on first Monday of every two months at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."
