O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent for not to interfere into the civil dispute and to provide police protection by considering the representation dated 24.08.2018 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an auditor and the entire issue is money transaction. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant against the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in G5/040055/4158/GDP/18 on the file of the respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry and give his explanation and at the time of conducting of the enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed by the police. The respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a week.

5.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
