2. The matter was settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court. Copy of the settlement agreement , dated 03.02.2020 is also filed.

3. Both the parties ie. appellant and respondent and also the learned counsel for the appellant and the respondent have signed the Settlement Agreement.

4. In view of the settlement agreement signed by the appellant as well as the respondent, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is allowed as per the terms of Settlement Agreement. The Mediation Report i.e. Settlement Agreement shall form part of the order. No costs.
