RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition 7(a) imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.9111 of 2023 dated 18.05.2023 and the money deposited by the petitioners should not be withdrawn by the defacto complainant till the completion of the trial instead of the petitioners are directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) to the credit of Crime No.133 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No-II, Ramanathapuram. On such deposit, complainant is permitted to withdraw on undertaking.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUTHUVAI ILAYARAJA K, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition no.7(a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9111 of 2023, dated 18.05.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.It is seen that the anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners on 18.05.2023 on condition to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.133 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram.
