ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.(MD)No.7360 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.356 of 2024 dated 02.04.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, without any default.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and 1/3

also taking into consideration of the reasons cited by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be modified to a certain extent.

4. Accordingly, the condition already imposed is modified and the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Natham Police Station once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.

5. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not try to contact the victim or her family members either directly or indirectly and intimidate them in any way.
