This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.548 of 2014, pending on the file of the respondent police and file a final report. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that in this case, after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.3381 of 2024.
