This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2025, by issuing a 'Teaching Experience Certificate' and a 'No Objection Certificate' for applying to the post of Assistant Professor at AIIMS, New Delhi, within a stipulated time, in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.5220 of 2025, dated 27.02.2025.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel on either side that the relief sought in the present Writ Petition has already been granted during its pendency.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition, as the relief sought in the present Writ Petition has already been granted.
