O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu for production of her daughter namely Aruna, aged about 17 years from the illegal detention of the 3rd respondent and entrust her custody to the petitioner and set her at liberty.

2. The detenue Ms.Aruna is produced before this Court. Though she is a minor, submitted that she is willing to go with her parents. She was put at the Home by the Social Welfare Officer, as there was an attempt to marry her on. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Both of her parents submitted before this Court that their daughter will not be married, before she attains majority. 4.In such view of the matter, we permit the detenue to go along with the petitioner. The Official respondents are permitted to complete the formalities before the detenue goes with her parents. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus petition is closed.
