RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.90191 of 2023 dated 18.5.2023 and the money deposited by the petitioners should be withdrawn subject to the outcome of the trial instead of the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) as non-refundable deposit to the credit of Crime No.137 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram, without prejudice to their rights and contentions. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUTHUVAI ILAYARAJA K, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition no. 6 imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9019 of 2023, dated 18.05.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.This Court by an order dated 18.05.2023 had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners directing them to deposit Rs.20,000/- as non-refundable deposit and, hence he seeks modification of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.8653 of 2023 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the condition no.6 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.137 of 2023, before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram.

5.Accordingly, this Petition is allowed.
