ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the second respondent herein to consider the petitioner's application dated 20.04.2024 and grant the contract carriage permit for the petitioner mentioned share autorikshaw.

3. There is no merits in this Writ Petition as the petitioner's application dated 20.04.2024 has been returned for defects.

4. That apart, it is also categorically stated that there is no scope of receiving fees through DD or Cheque and thus, the payment has to be made on the Web Portal of Transport Department.

5. Under these circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application after filling of the details in it and paying the fees as is warranted under the guidelines of the Government. 2/4

6. In case such an application has been filed or is filed by the petitioner, the petitioner's application shall be considered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law by the second respondent.
