ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2018, by following due process of law, within stipulated time.

2.Heard Mr.K.Muthuvai Ilayaraja, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Bhagawathy, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.With the consent of both sides, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

4.The petitioner, in order to get patta for the land in S.No.401/3C1B1, Periyakulam Group, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, made a request on 27.02.2018 to the respondents, especially, the 1st respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, if the said representation is considered and an order to that effect, on merits, is passed, within a time frame, the petitioner would be satisfied. 5.I have heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, who would submit that, the said representation of the petitioner would be considered and decided on merits by the 1st https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent, within a time frame.

6.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following direction:

"The 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.02.2018 and pass orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

7.With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
