Considering the subject matter, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is given to the Commercial Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, to dispose of the Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.8 of 2020 in O.S.No.36 of 2019, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
