RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.101 of 2020 in Crl.A. (MD)No.11 of 2020 dated 19.02.2020 by this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.101 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.11 of 2020 dated 19.02.2020.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that this Court has granted bail to the petitioner on 19.02.2020, directing the petitioner to appear before the Fast Track Mahila Court, Theni daily twice at 10.30 a.m., and 05.00 p.m. It is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and he has to sign twice the day and he was not able to attend the coolie work and prayed the petition to be allowed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent admitted that the petitioner is complying the condition till now.

4.In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.101 of 2020 dated 19.02.2020. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Fast Track Mahila Court, Theni on first working day of every month, until further orders.
