Respondents in all cases Common Prayer: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to implement the order passed by the first respondent authority in his proceedings in No.c/967/2016, dated 26.12.2016 by conferring permanent status of the petitioner with continuity of service, back wages and all other attendant benefits within the period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

to the petitioners with continuity of service, back wages and all other attendant benefits within the period stipulated by this Court.
2.Heard Mr.N.Sathish Babu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.D.Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1 and Mr.R.Ramasamy, learned counsel appearing for R2.
3.Admittedly, the order dated 26.12.2016 passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in No.c/967/2016 has attained finality.
4.According to the petitioners, till date, the order dated 26.12.2016 passed by the first respondent conferring permanent status to the petitioners has not been enforced. 5.Considering the undisputed facts, the relief sought for in these writ petitions has to be granted in favour of the petitioners. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to implement the order passed by the first respondent Authority in his proceedings in No.c/967/2016, dated 26.12.2016 by conferring permanent status to the petitioners in the services of the second respondent Company, from the date on which, the petitioners completed 480 days of service, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the aforesaid direction, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
