Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey and demarcate the petitioner's property which is situate in T.S.No.207, Plot No.159, Madurai North Taluk, Tallakulam Village, Ulkadai Sampakulam Village, Madurai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.12.2017. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to survey and demarcate the petitioner's property situated in T.S.No.207, Plot No.159, Madurai North Taluk, Tallakulam Village, Ulkadai Sampakulam Village, Madurai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.12.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that no civil suit is pending or rival claim is made in respect of the above mentioned petitioner's property and as such, she has submitted a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation dated 05.12.2017 to the respondents to survey and demarcate the said property and the same has not been considered so far by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the grievance expressed on the side of the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.12.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any of the interested parties.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
