This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.03.2021, under the light of Rule 21 of the Tamil Nadu Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2009.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that as per the representation of the petitioner dated 06.03.2021, the first respondent conducted enquiry and the same is still pending.

No.16014 of 2021 3.Considering the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.03.2021, after issuing notice to the petitioner and counter party and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed.
4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
