O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to register petitioner's entire property for a temple trust namely Arulmigu Ukkira Maha Prithiyangara Devi etc., based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2022.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner wants to transfer his own property to a temple trust namely Arulmigu Ukkira Maha Prithiyangara Devi, which was created by him. When he presented the document for registration along with his consent affidavit, the same was refused to be registered. In this regard, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent on 02.05.2022. Since the same was not considered by the respondent, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that such an omnibus direction cannot be issued. It is for the petitioner to file relevant document to transfer his property to the trust. If such document is presented, the same shall be registered as per law.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
