This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in respect of the FIR in Crime No.75 of 2018, dated 24.06.2018 and consequently to file final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur, Tuticorin District within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondents. 3.Perused the materials placed on record.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.75 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the defacto complainant.
