ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the entire case Diary in Crime No.265 of 2020, dated 08.09.2020 from the file of the second respondent and hand over the same to some other officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police working under the first respondent and further direct him to complete the investigation and file a final report. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the second respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.265 of 2020 and also filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur and the same has been taken cognizance in P.R.C.No.9 of 2020.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
