This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the learned District and Sessions Judge, (Special Court for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Madurai, for considering the application of the petitioners for grant of bail on the very same day, when it is filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the petitioners in this case were already arrested and produced before the concerned Court.

4. Considering the same, this Criminal Original Petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
