PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to vacate the unauthorized occupants made in the premises owned by Arulmigu Sree Kambarayaperumal and Kasivisvanatha Temple, Kambam, comprised in Survey No.769 and 857, Kambam City, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District and let the same in public auction so as to collect the fare rent from the occupants of the temple premises by considering petitioner's representation dated --05-2020.

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This writ petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to vacate the unauthorized occupants made in the premises owned by Arulmigu Sree Kambarayaperumal and Kasivisvanatha Temple, Kambam, comprised in Survey No.769 and 857, Kambam City, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District and let the same in public auction so as to collect the fare rent from the 2/5

occupants of the temple premises by considering petitioner's representation dated --05-2020.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that action under Section 78 of the H.R. and C.E Act has been initiated, and after concluding the proceeding, all further actions will be initiated.

3. In view of the above submissions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
