ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to accept the surrender of the petitioner before the Special Court for SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, i.e., the I Additional District and Sessions Judge at Thanjavur in S.S.C.No.08 of 2022 connection with Crime No.06 of 2020 on the file of the 2nd respondent police and to consider the petition to recall the Non Bailable Warrant filed by the petitioner on the same day.

2. It is seen that during the Course of investigation, the petitioner went to abroad without getting proper permission from the concerned authority. Further, he has also already obtained regular bail from the Court concerned.

3. Let the petitioner appear before the concerned Court and file a petition to recall the Non Bailable Warrant. There is no specific 2/4

direction is necessary in this petition and I do not find any reason to entertain this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
