ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's complaints dated 23.03.2026 and 01.04.2026 and to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's said complaints within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that CSR No.63 of 2026 had been registered on the petitioner's complaint and the same is pending.
3. Heard the learned counsel on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this cases, the fourth respondent police is directed to issue notices to both the petitioner and the proposed accused under Section 64 BNSS, and to conclude the enquiry in CSR 2/4
No.63 of 2026 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. 01.06.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No sm 3/4
