Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents.

2.The petitioner alleges harrasment at the hands of the second respondent. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents informs the Court that the third respondent has preferred a complaint against the petitioner before the second respondent police. CSR No.680 of 2020 has been assigned on 12.10.2020. During enquiry, the matter was amicably settled between the parties and hence the enquiry has been closed.
