ORDER
When the matter came up for admission, the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2, has produced a copy of the Proceedings issued by the second respondent, dated Nil.September, 2018, signed on 04.09.2018, showing that final orders have been passed in respect of the enquiry initiated against the petitioner.
2. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the proceedings, dated Nil.September, 2018, signed on 04.09.2018, issued by the second respondent and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
