case registered in Crime No. 240 of 2014 on his file before the concerned court within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.240 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent registered against the accused persons on the basis of the complaint given by him for the offence punishable under Sections 468, 471, 420, 506(i) of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the case was registered in the year 2014, so far no progress in the investigation and no final report has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the investigating the complaint that was given by the petitioner was closed as Mistake of Fact and further action was also dropped as early as on 19.06.2019 and RCS notice was also served upon the petitioner.

3.But it has been submitted by the petitioner that no such notice was served upon him. But a copy of the RCS notice is kept in the bundle. Let the petitioner workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 2/4

4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
