ORDER
(Order of this court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.) The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for issuance of writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 04.09.2017 in a time frame.
2. Heard Mr.M.P.Hariprasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent and perused the records.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that aggrieved over the order passed by the Tahsildar, Vilavancode, the petitioner has preferred an appeal to the respondent on 04.09.2017. since, there is an urgency, this writ petition has been filed seeking direction to dispose of the appeal.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the appeal of the petitioner would be disposed of in accordance with law.
5. In the light of the above submissions, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to dispose of the appeal, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to the necessary parties, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
