ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachments made by the fourth respondent in the common Panchayat pathway situated in S.F.Nos.381 and 384 of Vettamangalam East Village, Manmangalam Taluk, Karur District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 01.04.2019.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 has produced the proceedings of the Revenue Tahsildar, Pugalur in Na.Ka.No.A1/54/2019, dated 23.09.2022 and submitted that the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.04.2019 had already been considered and encroachments pointed out by the petitioner have been removed. The said submission is not refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is closed. However, it is always open to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned to redress his grievance, if any. No costs.
