ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ramanathapuram, in C.C. No.296 of 2018 to dispose of the case within a stipulated time by this Court.

2. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that even though the Crime is of the year 2017, C.C is of the year 2018 and so far, the above said trial process has not been completed and the summon has not been served upon the accused persons.

3. Considering the oldness of the matter, there shall be a direction to the concerned trial Court to complete the trial process in C.C.No.296 of 2018 within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
