2.The petitioner was undergoing Diploma in Elementary Education. Her grievance is that her answer sheet in respect of the subject "Facilitating and Enhancing Learning - II" written on 26.06.2023 was not properly valued. She obtained her answer sheet and it was seen that two questions namely, Question Nos.28 and 29 have not at all been evaluated. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.

3.I direct the respondent to cause evaluation of the petitioner's answer sheet by valuing the answers given to questions Nos.28 and 29. This shall be done within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the petitioner's mark shall be totalled afresh and revised mark certificate shall also be issued. This exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is allowed on these terms.
