CRL OP(MD). No.12635 of 2020 2.Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would state that as per the orders of this Court, dated 10.11.2020, action has been taken against the fifth respondent and FIR has been registered on 11.12.2020 in Crime No.1751 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 341, 354(D) and 506(i) of IPC.

3.The respondent police shall complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
