ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the wife, who is arrayed as respondent in H.M.O.P.No.2 of 2022 pending on the file of Sub Court, Manaparai, Trichy District to be transferred to Sub Court, Karur.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, she is residing with her parents at Karur due to matrimonial dispute and she is not in a position to travel from Karur to Manaparai.

3. Though the respondent has been served, he has not chosen to appear either in person or through counsel.

4. Considering the difficulties expressed by the petitioner/wife, H.M.O.P.No.2 of 2022 pending on the file of Sub Court, Manaparai is hereby withdrawn and transferred to Sub Court, Karur for further hearing.

5. With the above said observations, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
