PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents No.1 and 4 to take action against 5th respondent and their men strictly in accordance with the direction of the Apex Court in Lalitha Kumari Vs Govt. of U.P. and others case, on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 01.06.2025 within the stipulated time fixed by this court.

The petitioner has filed this application seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to take action as against the fifth respondent, based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.06.2025. 2.The petitioner claims that he has purchased a Mahendra Thar vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 05 CJ 4434 from the fifth respondent and the fifth respondent has also handed over the car. However, he has not handed over the RC book and other records. In the meantime, one 2/5

Gowthaman has lodged a complaint that his car has been taken away by the fifth respondent, for which, the respondent police has conducted a petition enquiry in CSR No.226 of 2025, ascertained that the documents are in the name of one Prashanth and have handed over the vehicle to the person who is in possession of the RC book for the vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 05 CJ 4434.

3.The case of the petitioner is that the fifth respondent by receiving money handed over the car, but not transferred RC book. 4.This Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
