O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 24.11.2017 and 27.11.2017, in which, permission to reside in the property in Survey No.73/53, has been sought for. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.The case of the petitioner is that he is residing in the said property, by constructing a house in the year 2011, which is a Government poramboke land. While so, the second respondent has issued a notice dated 17.11.2017, directing the petitioner to vacate the house. Hence, he has given representations dated 24.11.2017 and 27.11.2017, seeking permission to reside in the said house. As the same have not been considered so far by the respondents, the present writ petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for

the respondents submitted that if reasonable time is granted to the respondents, the representation of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed. 5.In view of the said submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
