ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pay G.P.F., contribution, S.P.F., Earned Leave Encashment Benefit, Gratuity and other retirement benefits by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 03.08.2020, within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the first respondent and the learned counsel, who takes notice for the second respondent.

3. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4. The case of the petitioner is that while she was working as Deputy Registrar (Dairying), she retired from service and her https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.15718 of 2020 grievance is that G.P.F., contribution, S.P.F., Earned Leave Encashment Benefit, Gratuity and other retirement benefits, were not disbursed to her and in this regard, she made a representation to the second respondent on 03.08.2020. Since the same has not been considered so far, the present Writ Petition is filed before this Court.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

6. Considering the nature of the relief as sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated on 03.08.2020 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
