This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the case in C.C.No.207 of 2019 on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court, (Magistrate Level), Tirunelveli District as against the petitioner herein. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent have represented that already the main case itself disposed of by the trial Court on 10.07.2023.

3.Recording the above said submissions, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
