petitioner pursuant to the summons dated 27.05.2023 issued by the 1st respondent based on the complaint given by the 2nd respondent. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent has submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the respondent Police in response to the summons issued to him and the respondent Police will complete the enquiry and close the complaint within a period of two weeks. 3.The same is recorded and this Criminal Original Petition is, therefore, closed with a direction to the respondent Police to close the complaint within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
