The petitioner, with a grievance that his complaint dated 01.06.2025 has not been acted upon by the respondent police, has approached this Court.

2.It appears that the petitioner has lodged a complaint as against the third respondent on 01.06.2025 and filed this writ petition on 04.06.2025, within two days from the date of lodging the complaint that the respondent police has not acted upon it.

3.Since this writ petition is filed by the petitioner within a very short span of time, even without giving breathing time to the respondent police to take action on his complaint, dated 01.06.2025, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
