ORDER

Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioners.

2. The revision petitioners are claimants in M.C.O.P.No.4 of 2010, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal / Sub Court, Kovilpatti. An award was passed in their favour. To enforce the same, E.P.No.102 of 2017 has been filed. The claimants want the said E.P.No.102 of 2017 to be disposed of expeditiously. This request is reasonable. Therefore, the learned Subordinate Judge, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Kovilpatti, is directed to dispose of E.P.No.102 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This civil revision petition is allowed in the above terms. No costs.
