ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to cancel the tender conducted on 18.02.2016 and conduct the same afresh in accordance with law based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2016. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing in the morning session, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However, learned counsel appearing for respondents 4 and 5 objected the prayer sought for by the petitioner. Finding no representation for the petitioner, the matter was passed over to be taken up at 2.15 p.m.

3. Again, when it was taken up for hearing at 2.30 p.m., there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.M.Karupasamy Pandian, learned counsel for the respondents 4 & 5 would submit that the petitioner has not taken part in the public auction held on 18.02.2016, therefore this writ petition is not maintainable. Since, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
